PORK IN CHILE VERDE 
6 lb. lean diced pork
1 1/2 tsp. garlic
3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper

Cover with water and cook slowly until barely done, drain meat and save 2 cups liquid. In blender put:

3 tsp. coriander
4 1/2 c. tomato sauce

Once coriander is ground, add the:

2 c. meat liquid
3 lg. chopped onions
6 minced green chile strips
6 chopped green peppers

Add to drained meat and simmer a few minutes.
