MARINATED CARROTS 
2 c. cooked, sliced carrots
1 lg. sliced onion
1 sliced green pepper
1/2 can tomato soup or juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix last 6 ingredients and pour over carrots, onions and peppers. Let stand overnight.
