MARTHA'S EGG NOG | |
12 eggs, separated 2 tbsp. of sugar per egg yolk, 1 1/2 c. 1 tbsp. bourbon per egg, 3/4 cup Beat egg yolks, sugar and bourbon until fluffy. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into yolk mixture. Beat 2 pints whipping cream and fold into mixture. Good. Good. |
