FRIED POTATOES 
4 slices bacon, chopped
4 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
2 med. onions, thinly sliced
Garlic salt
Pepper

Cook bacon until crisp in a skillet. Add potatoes and onions. Cook, covered, over low heat about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
