3 egg yolks
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 sq. melted chocolate
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. flour
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 egg whites

Beat three egg yolks well. Add powdered sugar. Stir in 1 square melted chocolate and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla. Add 1 teaspoon flour, 1/8 teaspoon salt, baking soda and baking powder. Beat the three egg whites and fold into the mixture. Spread in large cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Cookie sheet should have edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. When baked turn out onto damp cloth, peel off wax paper and cover with damp cloth. When cool spread with whipped cream or Cool Whip.

ICING:

1 sq. melted chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. hot water
Powdered sugar
