POTATO CASSEROLE 
7 potatoes, peeled & diced
1 can mushrooms
1 sm. jar pimientos
1/3 lb. Velveeta, cubed
3 tbsp. sour cream
1/4 c. onions
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 stick butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste

Put all ingredients into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Stir about every 20 minutes or until thick.
