KEY LIME PIE 
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. key lime juice
1 egg white, beaten stiffly
6 tbsp. sugar
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 baked 9 inch pie shell

Mix together:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. key lime juice

Beat 1 egg white stiff and fold into above mixture. Pour into baked pie shell. Beat 3 egg whites and gradually add 6 tablespoons sugar (1 tablespoon at a time) and 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar. Spread over filling, sealing the edges and cover entire top, forming peaks. Bake until egg whites are golden brown 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
