APRICOT CHICKEN 
COATING MIXTURE:

1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

SAUCE:

1 c. apricot preserves
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce

1 chicken
1 tsp. Accent
1 sm. onion, chopped

Fry chicken in 1 cup corn oil, rolled in coating mixture. Brown on all sides. Place chicken in single layer in large shallow pan. Pour sauce mixture over fried chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
