LIGHT CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 lg. chicken breasts, split
1/2 c. sherry (wine)
1/2 c. lo-cal Caesar's dressing
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 pkg. frozen broccoli

Remove skin from breasts and place chicken, meat side up, in a shallow baking dish. Vigorously mix the wine (sherry) Caesar's and parsley together and pour over chicken. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees, basting often. Cook frozen broccoli. Pour sauce from pan over the broccoli and serve with chicken. Serves 4. Approximately 235 calories per serving.
