ORANGE - APRICOT JELL-O 
2 pkgs. orange Jell-O
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 1/2 c. apricot nectar
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. apricot nectar
2 tbsp. flour
Dash salt
1 egg
1 c. Cool Whip
Cheese, grated

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; add nectar and marshmallows and put in 9 x 13 pan to set. Combine sugar, nectar, flour, salt and egg, and cook until thick. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip and frost Jell-O. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
