PASTA HOUSE SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 head Romaine
1 med. red onion
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 jar artichokes

DRESSING:

3/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1/2 sm. onion, grated
1 (4 oz.) c. pimentos

Mix all ingredients in jar for dressing. Make several hours ahead, so flavors can blend. Tear head lettuce and Romaine into bowl. Add artichokes and sliced red onions. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Pour dressing over all and toss. Chill 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
