BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
6 lg. eggs, well beaten 6 slices bread, cubed 1 c. sharp cheese, shredded 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained or 1/2 c. finely diced bacon 2 c. milk 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. paprika Mix salt with eggs; add rest of ingredients in order given in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Can substitute finely diced bacon for sausage. Serves 6 to 8. |
