BROCCOLI & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, chopped
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
4 eggs, beaten
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 onion, chopped

Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top. Bake in 10 x 13 inch pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. (Recipe may be cut in half.)
