BROCCOLI & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 c. Minute Rice
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup (may substitute cream of mushroom)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz
1 sm. can (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. milk

Mix all together in 2 quart casserole dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees until bubbly and slightly browned on top, about 1 hour.
