TURKEY CREOLE 
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. diced onion
2 1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. diced green pepper
2 tsp. finely minced garlic
1 can tomatoes, cut up
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
4 c. diced cooked turkey

In a large heavy saucepan, heat oil. Add onions, celery, green pepper and garlic, cook 5 minutes. Add tomatoes. Stir in paprika, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer, covered 20 minutes. In cup blend cornstarch with water, stir into saucepan. Add turkey and remaining 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce. Simmer covered, stirring occasionally until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
