ALMOND TOPPED TURKEY SLICES 
1 pkg. fresh turkey breast slices (about 1 lb.)
1/2 c. unblanched almonds, ground or finely chopped
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salad herbs, crumbled
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. white table wine
2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix almonds with cheese, herbs, paprika and salt on sheet of waxed paper. Dip turkey slices, one at a time into the mixture, coating both sides. Heat butter and oil in 10 inch skillet. Quickly saute slices on both sides until lightly browned. Remove to heated serving platter. Add wine and lemon juice to skillet and boil rapidly until slightly thickened. Spoon over slices.

Makes 4 servings.
