PINEAPPLE WALNUT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened

Beat together and spread on cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
