FRUIT PIZZA 
1 roll refrigerated sugar cookies
1 pkg. strawberry Jello or filling
1/2 container Cool Whip (4 1/2 oz.)
1 c. powdered sugar
6 oz. cream cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 or 2 bananas
Maraschino cherries
Crushed nuts (optional)

FILLING:

In a large pot, blend 3 1/2 oz. strawberry Jello, 1 1/2 cup sugar, 4 tablespoons cornstarch, and 2 cups 7-Up. Bring to a boil. Turn off fire and cool. Refrigerate after cooled to thicken.

PIZZA:

Cut cookie dough 1/8 inch slices, arrange in pizza pan. Knead out to make crust. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, approximately 9 minutes. Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese, and sugar. Spread over crust. Spread strawberry filling, crushed pineapple. Chill 2 hours. Put sliced bananas on just before serving so they won't brown. Crushed nuts and maraschino cherries or any fruit you want may be added, if desired.
