FROZEN PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. white sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
2 bananas, sliced
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple

Combine all ingredients. Freeze in cupcake pans lined with papers. Serve on lettuce leaf. Serves 12.
