STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
5 lg. mushroom caps
1 c. broken Ritz crackers
2 tbsp. melted butter
Garlic powder
1 oz. lobster or crabmeat chopped
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
Splash white wine or dry sherry

Mix everything together, fill caps and top with melting cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
