VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen cauliflower, broccoli & carrots
6 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Melt butter in saucepan and add 1/2 of butter to cracker crumbs. Add cheese to remaining butter in saucepan and melt. Pour cheese mixture over frozen vegetables in baking dish. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
