CORN BREAD DRESSING 
2 c. chopped onion
3 c. chopped celery
butter
6 c. crumbled cornbread
3 c. stale bread crumbs
2 tsp. poultry season
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. salt
3 eggs, well beaten
2 - 3 c. chicken stock

Saute onion in butter. Repeat for celery. Heat the stock. Add all ingredients. Place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
