EASY PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. shortening
1 tbsp. salt
1 egg
Juice of 1 lemon and enough water to fill 1 c.

Mix flour and salt; cut in shortening. Add egg, lemon and water. Roll. Makes 6 single crusts. Can be divided into parts and be frozen for future use.
