1 (8 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese 2 (3 oz.) pkg. any flavor Jello* 2 regular cans fruit cocktail, approximately 15 oz. each 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip Drain cottage cheese in strainer and rinse under cold water. Combine cottage cheese and Jello. Drain fruit cocktail and add to cottage cheese and Jello mix. Fold in Cool Whip and serve. Serves 6. Serving Suggestion: After preparation, pour all into a square or rectangular pan. Cut into squares. Top each square with a pineapple ring and a cherry. |
