1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
Bananas (approx. 9)
Sugar
Evaporated milk

Follow directions on cake mix. Bake 7 thin layers. Cool. Slice bananas and spread evenly between each layer. Sprinkle sugar over bananas and dab with milk.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 egg whites

Boil sugar and water until firm ball forms in cold water. Beat egg whites while other mixture is boiling. Gradually add mixture of sugar and water to egg whites, beating constantly. Ice cake.

OTE: Make sure to add mixture to whites gradually; not whites to
mixture.
