POTATO SALAD 
1/2 lb. bacon
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
About 10 med. potatoes
1/2 c. celery, diced
5 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 c. onion, diced
1/4 c. carrots, shredded
Salt and pepper

Cook potatoes with jackets on and set aside to cool. Cut bacon into 1/2 inch strips, fry lightly. Drain.

To make dressing, mix sugar and flour, add eggs and beat to smooth paste. Slowly stir in vinegar and water. Pour into pan with bacon and cook. Cool thoroughly and add salad dressing, stirring until well blended. Peel cold potatoes and slice them into large bowl with the rest of ingredients. Add dressing and salt, pepper to taste.
