PEPPER JELLY 
1/2 c. hot peppers, ground
5 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. bell peppers, ground
1 1/2 c. vinegar
2 (6 oz.) container liquid pectin
Green or red food coloring, optional

Grind peppers and combine with sugar, vinegar and lemon juice. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Strain into another pan. Add pectin and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Put in jars and seal. Makes about 4 (8 ounce) jars.
