CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 (5 oz.) jars processed sharp Cheddar cheese spread
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
Dash of garlic powder OR salt, to taste
1 c. chopped nuts

Allow cheese to soften at room temperature. Combine with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Shape into ball or balls. Roll in chopped nuts. Makes 1 large or 2 small balls.
