CHEESE CAKE BARS 
2 pkgs. crescent dinner rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 (9 x 13 inch) pan (do not grease)

Line pan with 1 crescent roll, kept in one piece. Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix with mixer until blended. Spread over crescent roll in pan. Place other crescent roll on top and brush with egg whites. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let chill overnight to set.
