TUNA RICE JUMBLE 
1 1/3 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. diced pimento
Dash of pepper

Prepare rice as directed on package. Combine mushroom soup and milk and heat, stirring occasionally. Drain and flake tuna and add to mushroom soup along with the rest of the ingredients, except rice. Heat thoroughly, then add rice and mix lightly. Garnish with wedges of lemon and parsley.
