CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS 
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. white vinegar mixed with milk enough to make 1 cup liquid

Beat together in bowl:

1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Miniature morsels

Then add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix together and add 1 (12 ounce) package of mini-morsels chocolate chips. Let set in bowl for a few minutes. Use muffin papers in muffin pan.

Bake at 375°F for about 15 to 20 minutes. Can make 30 small or 18 large. If large - bake longer. Can be frozen.
