1 med. size roast pork
2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. season salt
1/4 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix all together and sprinkle on top of roast after it has been heated through.
