BEEF ROULADES 
1 round steak
1 med. onion
Bacon
Salt and pepper

Cut round steak into 4 sections. Salt and pepper both sides. Place strip of bacon and some chopped onion on each section. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Brown in a little shortening. Add about 1/4 cup water. Simmer until done, about 1 hour. Serves 4.
