MONTEREY JACK ROULADES 
1 1/2 lbs. ground round
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chives
2 tbsp. water

Combine meat, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, barbecue sauce, egg, and salt; mix in well. Pat meat mixture (on foil or wax paper) into rectangle 14x8. Combine cheese, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, chives and water; spread over meat mixture.

Roll up jelly roll fashion starting at narrow end. Chill overnight. Slice meat into 8 servings. Bake in shallow pan at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
