BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cut in 1-inch lengths
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter (use part of this to saute)
1 pkg. tube garlic cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs (butter crumbs)

Saute onion until transparent. Add frozen broccoli and break apart. Saute about 8 minutes. Add mushroom soup as is and blend. Blend garlic cheese into mixture; add salt and pepper to taste. When cheese is melted and blended, pour into casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
