MEAT BALLS WITH SAUCE 
2 lbs. lean beef
1/3 c. parsley (fresh)
2 eggs
1/3 c. catsup
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. onion

SAUCE:

1 (1 lb.) can cranberry sauce
1 (12 oz.) chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash Tabasco sauce

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix meatballs and bake 10 to 15 minutes (cocktail size). Mix sauce and heat to boiling. Pour sauce over meatballs.
