APPLE BRAN MUFFINS 
2 to 3 apples, cored or use applesauce
1 c. 100% Bran cereal
3 eggs
1 c. bran
4 tbsp. protein powder
1 tsp. each: cinnamon, nutmeg, mapleine, vanilla, baking powder
1/4 c. honey

Blend apples, egg and honey. Pour into a bowl. Add balance of ingredients. Mix and bake in a 400 oven for 20 minutes. This is low in calories and high in fiber.
