1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. coarse salt

Thaw bread dough. Shape into pretzels and put on greased cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
