MORNING GLORY MUFFINS | |
2 c. shredded carrots 1 diced apple 1 c. raisins (soaked in hot water) 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. oatmeal 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking powder 1 c. milk 1 stick butter 1 c. coconut 1 c. bran flakes Blend sugar and shortening; add 2 eggs and beat. Mix dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk. Fold in rest of ingredients. Place in muffin pans and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. |
