BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. cheese, grated
1/2 c. milk
1 can crescent rolls
6 eggs
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard

Crumble sausage in skillet and fry until done, but not hard. Stir occasionally while frying to keep crumbled fine. Put sausage into a colander and let drain and cool. Spray a baking pan 13 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 2 inch with Pam. Unroll the crescent rolls in the pan into strips, pinch together the middle seam and perforated places, spread with fingers to cover bottom of pan. Crumble sausage over the roll crust evenly. Sprinkle cheese over the sausage, beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard together and pour this egg mixture as evenly as possible over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let pizza set for 5-10 minutes, cut into squares and serve hot.
