LAMB AND GREEN BEANS 
1 1/2-2 lb. fresh green string beans, cut in half
1 lb. lamb, cut into chunks
1 med. sized onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt, pepper, cinnamon & allspice
1 lg. can tomatoes

Brown lamb and add onions to lamb; cook for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and 1 can of water to lamb and onions. Simmer together for about 5 minutes. Add string beans to lamb mixture and season to taste with above seasoning (add another can of water). Cook for an hour and a half in any deep dish or large pan, or until beans are tender.

(A pressure cooker may be used instead of pan on number 10 pound pressure for 10 minutes, allow pressure to go down normally.) Serve over cooked rice.

Note: Only need 1 can of water if using a pressure cooker.
