BACON AND CHEESE OVEN OMELET 
12 slices bacon
6 slices cheese
8 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Cook bacon according to directions. Drain. Chop 4 slices and leave others whole. Cut cheese slices into halves, arrange in the bottom of a lightly buttered 9 inch pie pan. Beat together eggs and milk with a fork. Add chopped bacon. Pour over cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Arrange whole bacon slices on top of omelet. Bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Yield - 5 to 6 servings.
