HAM AND CHEESE OVEN OMELET 
8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. thin-sliced ham
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 tbsp. minced onion

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Beat eggs, milk, and seasoned salt. Tear ham into small pieces. Add to egg mixture. Stir in cheese and onion.

Pour into greased baking dish 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 or 8x8x2. Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown. Serves 4-6 people. Mixture may be made ahead; refrigerate until needed.
