JOYCE'S SNAPPY GLAZED MEATBALLS 
1 lb. Ground beef
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 sm. onion (chopped fine)
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. chili sauce
2/3 c. (10 oz.) jar grape jelly

Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, salt, egg. Shape into 1 inch balls. In saucepan or frypan. Combine meatballs and remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. If necessary skim excess fat. Serve warm in chafing dish or electric skillet. Makes 16 to 24 meatballs. I make my meatballs ahead. Bake them on a cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Put in warm sauce.
