PAUA CRUMBED 
8 cleaned pauas
Bread crumbs
Flour
Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Beat whole pauas as thin as possible. Sprinkle sauce over both sides, dredge with flour, then dip into beaten egg, milk, salt and pepper. Cover in bread crumbs, then fry in butter quickly. Serve with sliced tomatoes.
