LEMON SUPREME CAKE | |
1 box lemon cake mix 1 c. apricot nectar 3/4 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 c. confectioners sugar 3 tbsp. lemon juice (1 lemon) Combine cake mix, apricot nectar, oil and sugar; mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour into a greased Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool right side up for 15 minutes. Sift confectioners sugar and mix with lemon juice. Pour over cake while warm to make glaze. |
