PAELLA 
1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen peeled shrimp
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, broken apart
2 c. uncooked instant rice
4 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. cooked chicken
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cayenne red pepper
1/8 tsp. saffron

Stir together all ingredients in large skillet. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Remove skillet from heat. Cover tightly; let stand 10 minutes.
