TRIPLE DECKER SANDWICH 
3 slices white bread
1 tbsp. butter
1 lettuce leaf
2 or more slices turkey, chicken, ham or bologna
2 tsp. mayonnaise & mustard
2 slices tomato
2 slices onion

Spread 1 side of each slice of bread with butter. Place 1 slice of bread on a plate, buttered side up. Put the lettuce leaf on top, then half of the meat slices. Spread on half of the mayonnaise. Place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side up. Cover with the tomato and onion slices and the rest of the meat. Spread with mustard. Top with the last piece of bread, buttered side down. Cut the sandwich in half diagonally.
