DEE'S SALAD 
Fresh broccoli
Fresh cauliflower
Frozen peas (do not thaw)
Cheddar cheese
Blanched or dry roasted peanuts
Apples
Raisins

Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Cut cheddar cheese into tiny cubes. Dice apples (unpared). Mix equal amounts of all ingredients to make desired amount of salad. Toss lightly with fork. Add Ranch dressing or mayonnaise or yogurt diluted with orange juice. Serve as a side dish or main dish. Make only the amount desired for 1 meal as it does not keep too long once it is mixed.
