BERRY SAUCE 
2 c. fresh strawberries or raspberries
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 c. bourbon

Cook berries and sugar over low heat until sugar dissolves. Mix lemon juice and corn starch together; add to fruit. Cook until sauce is clear, stirring constantly. Add bourbon.

Chill and store in refrigerator. Use over fresh berries, ice cream or cake.
